Plaza Ford has been a great experience so far. We've worked with John Staab and John Heiser via email and ordered our new Ford Explorer earlier this month. Unlike many other dealers in the area, Plaza Ford is not marking up their vehicles above MSRP which is a reflection on management's goodwill. They probably gained a lifelong customer by not taking advantage of people during a tough time. Great experience so far! I will update after our new Explorer is delivered.

Found the Bronco Sport model we have been looking for. Drove up and less than 4 hours later we were driving home in our new car. John Pierce, our salesperson was great. Michael, our finance guy was outstanding as well. I recommend this dealership to everyone. Also not marking our car up above sticker price as most dealerships are doing.

I bought a new explorer and the complete process was very good from start to finish

We ordered a new F150 Pick up in March of this year. Frank Jancuk our sales representative, was attentive and careful with us as we placed our order. Frank was very helpful and attentive too when the vehicle arrived in July. Moreover he guided us through the paperwork and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The dealer themself was very transparent, low pressure and did not try to sell us on anything we were not interested in. I'm very pleased with Plaza Ford and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Had some work done to my F3 50 diesel truck yesterday. They got me right in as they said they would. Took care of the issue within the hour. You could not ask for a better service. Thanks again Brant
