I bought my first car one week ago and although I was very nervous beforehand, Thomas and Lisa made the whole process much easier. I talked with Thomas on the phone several times before coming to the shop and he always answered every question I had. Purchasing the car was also simple, I was able to take a look at it and test drive it, and then made the purchase in cash (but they also accept certified checks). The pricing was very fair, even generous. Thomas took care of all the paperwork for me and highlighted everything I needed to sign, and I walked out happy and relieved. The car drives great, almost as if it were new, and I'm very happy I came here. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

The staff at Certified were friendly, low-pressure, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. There was a small 'hiccup' with a light going on the day after I bought the car, but they assured me they would take care of it and they did. So far, the car is great, and I would definitely purchase from them again.

One of the worst experiences. I drove 2 hours to look at a car only to be told I need a certified check to buy the car. (How on earth am I supposed to know the value?) This from a mysterious lady speaking like the great and power Oz from another room who didn't even bother to come out of her office to speak to me. I was asking for a few hundred off as well because the AC in their 2007 Honda Fit was working at all basically. Also this was after their tech told me that the car has been there for 4 months. Avoid at all cost! Good luck!

Lisa make everything so simple about buying a used car. Made me feel comfortable without thinking that I would be ripped off
