Truthfully I have never had a worse experience than dealing with this dealership. I have a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 that needed a heater core replacement. The replacement took 11 days (without a loaner i might add). I get the truck back and it was whistling like a hot tea pot. I take it back to the dealer and they take it for another 3 days. Saying they went through the dashboard again and found nothing they write it up as a faulty windshield. Get the truck back, have 2 windshields put in and the noise persists. Upon my own search I found 2 bolts missing from the dashboard that were xxxxxxx in air (which how do you miss that mistake twice) I told the dealer about it and they finally addressed it and told me they would reimburse me for the cost of the windshields. Which is only right because it was their employees sheer ignorance and negligence that caused these problems. However, they would not and did not, I had to go through Ram Customer Care. To top it all of the service manager is absolutely useless, alluding problems and not very professional in mine or my case manager's opinion. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody looking for good, reliable service.
I went in and dealt with Matt. He made my experience at first great I explained what I needed with a truck and he told me no problem. The dealership delivered the truck to my work and I was grateful with how easy everything was going. Then I realized that the truck was not equipped with the navigation that I told them was a must. When I told Matt I was told there was nothing he could do about it. Then I started having problems with the brakes. Took the truck in they gave me a rental and called me a couple days later telling me the truck was ready for pick up. I asked them what the problem was they told me they didnt know but Chrysler was aware of the problem and they would be getting notified on how to care for the badly grinding rear brakes. It's been well over a month and I've still not been told when this on going issue will be taken care of. I recieved 2 recalls so I wanted to have the recalls and the 1st oil change and tire rotation taken care of at the same time. I was put on hold for 20 mins and never got ahold of anyone in the service department to set the appointment up. I called Bluewater Dodge and set the appointment up there. They then told me that the oil change was only good at St. Clair Dodge. I've dealt with free oil changes in the past with Chevy and it never mattered what dealer you used it at. St. Clair Dodge is very difficult to set things up with and taken care of. DONT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!
