I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu car from this dealership. While the car buying experience was decent. The car itself gave me issues after 2 days of purchasing it. I've been back to the dealership twice letting them know about my concerns. The car vibrates while driving. They didn't offer to trade the car in for another 1. They were made aware of my issues a couple of days after financing. I just wanted something reliable to drive. The minimum wasn't done to resolve the issue. They sold me a bad car and refused to fix the issue. This dealership doesn't care about customers satisfactory. The front desk salesmen who answer the phone are rude and arrogant. They knew it was a bad car when they sold it to me.
