I want to start by stating that I hardly ever give poor reviews. To begin, you all did such an amazing job on my new tires that I had to come back and honestly thought your dealership would be the one that I attended moving forward, but the poor communication from my visit was very hard for me to accept. I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning on day 1 and understood that there was a 24-48 hour turnaround for a diagnostic. That was fine. Well after 48 hours, I still didn't receive a call back and ultimately I chose to call myself. I was told that there was no update, but if I waited for the next day, my tech advisor would give me an update. I waited and still had no call/update. So I called again--now 72 hours went by... I was told that the tech couldn't find anything with my water leak in the cabin (out of the vents in the back and the OnStar panel in the front. I decided to wait for the next day understanding that this was a tough issue to find. I was given a good answer on fixing a secondary issue that I had (tire pressure loss)--that was great and I said please move forward and fix that. Now 96 hours passed and I still didn't get a call back. I decided to call again and was told that my secondary issue was good-to-go and they couldn't find my leak. OK. I told them that I would just come get my truck. I kept my truck with your dealership for 96 hours, didn't receive any proactive calls about my status at all. I now see a scratch where they clearly removed the OnStar panel at one of the leaking points and didn't inform me. I had no resolution on my leak. I honestly don't know if the tech actually did a diligent job on inspecting my truck. I understand that this is a tough issue, but no communication until I called, a scratch on my OnStar panel, and no possible solutions for my leak is tough to swallow considering how much having my truck being out for service inconvenienced my family. No loaner was offered either. I asked after the 3rd day and was told that there were none. OK. I'm only giving 2-stars versus 1-star because I did enjoy my advisor's approach in the beginning and the end when I came to pay. She was the only redeeming quality. The two service people listed in this page didn't actually work with me, so that's confusing. I recommend not having a better response time if your dealership is going to allow a first-come-first-served policy for drop-offs and diagnostics.

The quality of service/labor/parts at Pohanka Chevrolet is very high and I rely on it. Adam is always a huge help and he explains everything very well. He works with me to find the right coupons which is very nice. It's one thing to buy the car there, it's another to keep coming back for service! I plan to keep coming back! Thank you!
