As always, Mike Nazzaro provided excellent customer service throughout my service visit. Mike explained the needed repairs and provided regular progress updates through completion. I would recommend Mike and Cortese to anybody in need of car repairs

Good communication describing situation and options. Good communication when there was an unexpected issues that could be ##. So put on computer to eval. Then my direct contact left, car returned fixed but no ability to explain computer results.
