Cortese was professional and understanding. Had a loaner ready for me when service appointment was scheduled.

I brought my Dodge Hornet in for a recall. Work completed in the time my technician Jordi said it would be.
I was greeted the minute. I came in with a very nice good morning. They explained the service very well and suggested things that might be needed. Although I was not scheduled to wait they were able to get me in and out in a very reasonable time.
Excellent service from check-in until the work was done on my Jeep. Warranty honored, rental was great.
