Trying to get someone to call me back to solve what they are going to do to fix a broken truck they sold me. Going on 2 months in the shop. Pollard has been no help on resolving issues. They need to buy this xxx back from me at this point.

I don't recommend taking your vehicle for any type of repair. They've had one of our ambulance since February and nothing but excuses as to why it's not being repaired. We need this ambulance to better serve our community and they know that. What kind of company does that? Since they're an approved vendor for our company we are stuck in a position that we can't control. It's pretty ridiculous. Take your vehicles to a better more dependable company. I'm only putting one star because it's the only way to post this. They're not worthy of it though.

I dropped my 2019 f150 off on a Monday afternoon 3/20/2023 needing some warranty work was told 3 to 5 days because only horn and seat belt was issue never heard anything all week from Dave in service even rented vehicle to get by so I called on Saturday 3/25/2023 no work was even performed or truck even looked at it my guess because warranty work let's not do it and warranty will expire do not take your vehicle here very unprofessional

In October 2022 I bought a 20/20 Corolla. I talked to the salesman over the phone he said it was perfect that it was still a brand new car. It had 11,000 miles so I thought I was getting a steal. They have the car delivered to my residence. When it arrives the bumper is popped out on the driver side. I took a picture and sent it to the salesman. He said it must have popped out along the way. I turn it on and the light doesn't work properly. I have been trying for a month and a half to get these issues fixed and I can't get anybody to answer the phone. Nobody will return my phone call and I don't think I will do business here again because they do not take care of the customers that they have. It was a certified used car. I was under the impression that I would not have to be dealing with these issues if I bought a certified used car.

Jay Prado is the worstttt salesman. He will lie to you about many things to get you to buy the car. Managers don’t return your calls. Very frustrating, take your money elsewhere.

Service department members are rude. The service manager John Smith will never return calls and is never at work. Kept my vehicle for over a year. Battery was dead and they wouldn't replace it so I had to buy another one. If possible I would give negative stars.
