Carri did a great job getting my 2021 Giulia serviced! She kept me informed as the technician made progress and resolved the (relatively minor) issues I brought the car in for. I really appreciate the car wash, too! Car looked brand new when I picked it up! The detailers even applied tire shine on the tires! Highly recommended! (I always tell my friends and co-workers how great Strongsville Alfa Romeo is!)
