Very smooth service visit! Carri and Chris kept me informed as my Giulia was getting an oil change, infotainment update and a minor repair. I really appreciate the car wash, too! Also, kudos to Randy in the detailing department. I always seem to be at the gas station when he is filling up a car from Alfa Strongsville! The staff was nice and friendly but communication wasn't the best. I wasn't shown or made aware of the car fax on the vehicle, which involved anaccident, I purchased until after deal was finalized. I had my vehicle shipped to me and didn't receive it until 2 ½ almost 3 weeks after.
