UPDATE 4-12-19: I discovered last week that the front door actuator does not work so the two front doors will not lock or unlock unless I do that manually. Then I found out over this past weekend that the Prius has a coolant leak. TERRIBLE purchase! I filed complaints with BBB and Georgia Attorney General's offices. Manager from EZ-Auto called me and offered a free oil change? Really??? In what possible way does that compensate for anything on this horrible experience? I am now looking at spending several hundred dollars to fix this car. SHAME ON YOU E-Z AUTO FINANCE for taking ADVANTAGE of a single mom!! =========================================== Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Wish I could give negative star rating. On 3-23-19 I drove 4.5 hours to buy a Prius (I have never owned one) only to find out when I drove back home that it was *not* as advertised. Items listed in the ad were not on the car such as heated front seats, heated mirrors, and a backup camera. Because I have never owned a Prius I admit I was ignorant on these features and how to locate them on the car. I called dealer back to let them know that items listed in the ad were not on the car plus I discovered that the drivers side door does not lock. I was essentially told tough luck on my part. You do not always find out issues on a single test drive. A reputable dealer would have worked with me on this to bring us to a good resolution... fixed the door and for my trouble would have included a backup camera which can be purchased for about $100. Regardless, this was still a case of fraudulent, dishonest advertising. They said they "accidentally" listed the wrong ad. Do they not have a sales team that checks their website advertising? Someone to review the information so they know what to price the vehicles? Management could have made this right and they would have had a satisfied customer who would give positive reviews. Because of that interaction, I do not in any way suggest you buy a vehicle from this dealer. I have filed complaints with BBB of Atlanta and TrueCar and am contacting Georgia Attorney General. Shame on you, E-Z Auto Finance! You should have done the honorable thing.

I wen to this dealership and made my first ever car purchase. Which eventually turned into a nightmare. They told me that they had gotten me a good loan deal for the car that I wanted I was unsure at first. But it being my first car to buy I had my guard down. I took the car made a down payment and a few days later they called saying I didn’t get the deal that they had promised me. And now The car payment increased. I went to their dealership several times and had to wait for hours till they would talk to me. I couldn’t afford the new price I had to end up getting a another car that gave me several problems and I had to pay over $5000 out of pocket to fix it also all 4 of the car tires were different and worn out. Worst place to get a car

0 stars Bought a truck from them last Thursday and having a head gasket problem. I would Not recommended them to anyone. Plus there not trying to help at all or return my phone calls We gave them a 2

Purchased this car online out of good faith. Salesman Ralph said car is super clean no issues, “brakes are good” no door dings. I purchase airline tickets paid for hotel picked up the car. Got the car almost half way home 600 miles and heard a grinding sound from the brakes. When I got home, took it to Midas brakes who indicated all 4 brakes were shot and needed replaced including the rotors. $1200 dollars. The Airbag light which was on from the beginning.. I was told it was a loose connection, turns out to be a faulty airbag sensor system. $2000. There are door dings on the car. Drive side rear door doesn’t shut smoothly, indicating a prior accident despite carfax. while I didn’t take the car to a mechanic like I should have, I trusted what they told me...that the car was in very good condition, no issues. Stay away from these scam artists. They sell nice looking cars with serious issues. I’m out $3000 because of dishonesty. This is no different than theft. Low life’s who have to steel to make a living.
