Lucas was polished and professional throughout the process; communication was on point, and despite his juggling multiple clients on the day of delivery, I never felt like I was being pushed to the back burner. Appreciated his taking some time to pair my phone to the vehicle, and provide a quick look into dash and infotainment functionality.
