We’ve purchased three vehicles from Excalibur and I can honestly say they’ve earned our trust. Jon Howell is our sales guy and he’s amazing. He’s super responsive, patient, and works HARD to get you what you want. And trust me… I’m needy 🤣 I ask 100 questions, want service history, details, ALL the things, and he always delivers without ever making me feel annoying. I also love that I can literally just text Jon and he always responds and provides whatever I’m asking for. That kind of communication and support matters SO much. Example: I bought my Audi and when I got home I realized the heater wasn’t really working right. No drama, no weird attitudes. I brought it back and they fixed it at no extra charge. That’s what I respect the most… they just make it right. Period. They truly stand behind what they sell and you don’t see that often anymore. Joe in Finance was awesome… calm, patient, and easy to work with. I’m not the type to just nod and sign… I ask questions and I pay attention 😂 and he handled it with total professionalism. Joe treated me with respect, answered everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure we got a deal that made sense for our family. He even threw in oil changes for one of the cars (which I appreciated a lot). Only complaint is he likes the Cardinals and I’m a Seahawks girl 🙃Also I just love the environment there. It’s welcoming, diverse, and it feels good being there. As a Hispanic woman, it honestly feels comfortable walking in and hearing your language, hearing the music, and just feeling that good energy. Joe had Mexican music playing when I walked into his office and I loved that. It’s the little things. Linda in Service/Body Shop deserves a HUGE shoutout. She is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond, tries to save you money, and makes sure you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need. She helped me through a really stressful time and I’m truly grateful for her.
