Gary Bortz at Napleton Chevrolet in Columbus, Wisconsin went above and beyond to make sure my wishes and needs were met during every step of the new buying process. I had a very specific long check off list that I wasn't willing to give up on such as color, safety features and right down to making sure the rear camera system had its own sprayer to wash it off when the back window was being sprayed with windshield washing fluid. Not every vehicle that has a backup camera system has that feature. Gary took on my challenge and came thru beautifully!! He didn't give up nor did I. He is a man of integrity, truthful honesty and a true hearted person who provided us with exceptional service, right down to a followup call after the sale to make sure I was happy and satisfied.
