Salesperson (Omid) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; impressive given all of the features and technology. He went over and above to answer our many questions and make sure we were very happy with the purchase. Negotiations were very straightforward/transparent and didn't keep us tied up for hours. They are looking to develop a great relationship with buyers as most money now is made from service, not initial car sales. This is my first GMC or US branded car purchase in over 3 decades, and came away very satisfied with the initial purchase.
