This is the second car we’ve purchased through Sofia Mendoza (Mazda of Salem) and we couldn’t be happier! No one works harder than our Sofia—she’s incredibly organized, diligent and quick. There is no transaction too difficult for her! and she does it all with such good energy and a winning attitude. From the general manager to the finance guys and the service department, you won’t find a more good-natured and talented staff, period! (shout-out to Jimmy! for driving our car down from Washington! Dude!!)

Overall pleasant experience. Everybody was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and felt like my satisfaction was prioritized.
Ivan was very communicative and thorough and kind through the entire process. I traveled 3.5 hours and he made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Upon arrival to driving off he was so knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend and will return!
