Can't say enough good things about Ben and the entire team at Gerald Jones VW. Ben took the time to listen to me and ask me questions to better assist me and help me find the best vehicle for me. He then took the time to not only explain the different styles and options but went over financing options to include leasing with me. Once, I decided on the Taos the process to include trading in my Outback was stress free. Once deal closed, he spent an hour going over the car and explaining features in detail to include setting up Apple Car Play for me. Everyone at dealership was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Staff here are animals. Will Jones, Vickie McPhee, Clint Williams, to name a few. Take your business elsewhere. I'd say these folks wouldn't last in the car sales business anywhere outside of Augusta, GA, where the people literally know very little, about anything...

On a long road trip . Hit a blown tire which half detached our air dam. Dealer got us in quickly, zip tied the dragging piece up and sent us on our way with no charge and well wishes. They far exceeded our expectations

have used the Gerald Jones VW service department more than 6 times, each time I felt I was an appreciated customer. The staff is not only very professional, considerate but also friendly - giving the customer confidence in the quality of the service being provided.

Sales Manager was very rude. She ripped the sales paper out my hand when I asked to see it one last time. (We couldnt agree price so we were leaving.) She also told us since we couldnt afford the vehicle we were looking at then we should get a cheaper car. Little did she know we were just trying to negotiate, we would have eventually paid more than we said. However we took our business to another dealership after she was so rude.
