We found our car on the internet. We called Global Auto Showroom and spoke to Liz. She was amazing throughout our long distance purchase. The car is beautiful and the service was great, especially since it was all completed by phone, text, email!! When I arrived to pick up the car Liz spent so much time to be sure everything was perfect. I recommend them highly.

I called this dealership inquiring about a 2013 Mercedes e350 because I wanted to see the free car fax because the car fax could not be seen on their website. Called the dealership and spoke with Nicole and after affirming that my email request could not be answered because their salesman Nick was in West Palm Purchasing "more cars". She said he would call me back within a day or 2 ... He emailed me saying the car fax was down and to give him time to get the car fax up ...hmmm ...never heard of that one ..result ...he never called me back and when I did call back to speak to him ( he was busy ) I asked if the car was available and they said it was sold !!!!! xxx !!!! Is that how customer service is at that dealership ? I will never shop or recommend them to anyone as I found out most of their inventory has been involved in their accidents ...hence hiding the car fax from me ...avoid this dealership that lacks customer service etiquettes ....
