What Others Say

Had such a bad experience with this dealer. Walked in and waited around for 15min. No one came out to help us. Finally someone passed by and asked if we were being helped. We said no and that we were here to meet Victoria, who was expecting us. Victoria, took another 10min, to exit her office before finally greeting us with "Oh, u wanted to see _____ car. Let me get the keys". Well....good morning to you too. The car we were interested in would not start and Victoria, our negligent saleswoman, took 20min to jump it because it was in such a bad condition. Victoria went back inside as soon as it was started and did not say a word to us. Just handed us the keys and told us to drive. No explanation for why it did not start. We were also told before we drove it that it had ABS brakes. They insisted on this. Car did not have ABS breaks. They flat out lied to us. That was a dealbreaker for us so they already wasted so much of our time. They then told us to go outside in the freezing cold and snow and look at other cars to see what we liked. Are you kidding me? You have a website for a reason. Finally, after forcing the saleswoman, Victoria, to look on her website and find us a car, she found us one. We drove it and liked it. But it was obviously overpriced. We were not asking for much off but we were not comfortable paying the sticker price. She would not budge even 1 penny. It was embarrassing dealing with such a horrible saleswoman. She made us feel like we were wasting her time. We were in her office for 10min max and we started to get the feeling we were unwelcome in her office space. I felt sick to my stomach. I loved the car but I would hate myself for buying it from such a horrible saleswoman. After looking at other cars that day, we even called her back later saying we were willing to drive back and pay in cash that very day for the car if she can meet us halfway ($500 less, so nothing crazy). She said no at first but after some pushing she said she would talk with her "manager". "Manager" said only $100 off. We asked to speak with her manager but she said she was the manager. What? So tl;dr: Victoria is a horrible salesperson who makes prospective clients feel like crap and is not willing to put any effort into selling cars. Also a liar.

They sold my wife a low mileage 2006 Honda Odyssey van. On way home check engine light came on, brakes not working properly, power steering going out, and transmission hard shifting. They sell junk cars at top dollar prices. Don't come here unless you have the money to buy a car and then build one too.

Bought a jeep for my 16 or old son. Found out it had a cracked engine block and t Major frame damage that was hidden with foam and paint. Dealership will not take our phone calls! So we own a jeep that needs $5000 in repairs and is undrivable. Only drove it from dealership to home in Columbus! Shady business!

AVOID! My initial experience with Premier was largely positive. But, they sold me a car with title issues and didn't disclose it. When they finally called me to let me know that they didn't have the title, my temporary tag was set to expire. I will not be able to drive my car indefinitely because they ran out of temporary tags and still haven't sent me a new one. They don't expect to have the title for another two weeks! The only recourse they're offering is for me to drive 12 hours on expired tags to return the car with no reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars I've put into the vehicle. They aren't forthcoming with information and haven't been forthcoming over the phone. They also asked me to go to the DMV to try and take care of the problem myself, even though Missouri doesn't extend tags, which means I also had to waste a morning with this pursuit.

We needed a get around car. Told him how much i had down. Asked if he took payments, he said yes. Took 2 days to get a price. I had to call him. Asked him what he would want for the monthly payment, he said, oh first you need a price, now you want payments, Goodbye & hung up on me. Hahahahahaha! What a FREAK!

this guy replaced my transmission, and 4 months later it began leaking. he stated there is nothing he could do, it was used, yet after the work was done, he told me there was a six month warranty. this man does not keep his word or obey the law when it comes to dealing in cars.
