Very friendly kind an well driving people here at Greg hubler. Definitely recommend Rodney to everyone

I have always used bigger Chevy dealerships in the past as I felt they had more to offer. Here at Greg Hubler I’ve worked with a team of sales people who have worked harder together to make my new truck purchase exactly what I’ve waited 20 years for. My last one was a 2005 2500 hd Duramax and before that a 2001 Tahoe, both of which I still drive.

Promised 4 new tires and alignment.Put the 4 new tires that ride and look like they came from Temu on it !!! No alignment like promised said it had already had an alignment before !! Worst Dealership to deal with !!

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the service department today! I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and also requested they look at the rear heat in my vehicle as it wasn’t working properly. Following the multi-point inspection (included in the oil change), they found low coolant and determined that was the cause of the heating issue (per my visit paperwork). Instead of ceasing diagnostic testing and avoiding the $175 diagnostic charge, they continued to test the system for leaks before communicating to me that the coolant level was found low during the multi-point inspection. Ultimately I was charged the full diagnostic fee! This visit cost me over $300 which included an oil change, tire rotation, and a top off for coolant. Absolutely insane! I have brought my vehicle here for a number of repairs and maintenance visits but it’s safe to say I will not be returning. My business will be taken elsewhere where I am confident that the only thing they aren’t seeing is $$$.

The service department is always helpful, kind and polite. One of the few places I do not mind getting my oil change done at.
