I value Rockhill Nissan Service. I have been going there 7 years. It’s always very clean. Very chill. This morning I experienced quality Customer service from Gilbert at service desk. This place really does what it takes understand customer service. Thanks to Sam & Ryan. I will continue to keep going there. But most of all. A great big Thanks to Deianna at the Help desk. Not only did she stay on top of my needs. She was a pleasure to chat with. Which is hard these days as everyone has their face in a phone. She took the time to engage is a rare conversation that doesn’t exist anymore. That tells me a lot about Rockhill Nissan for a women like her to be there you are a blessed dealership. She’s a rare find. She made this Customer smile. That’s more of what dealerships need. 100% 5 stars for the Service performed today. Thanks all that helped.

Gilbert Suarez is a wonderful service advisor. This is the only time I have visited anywhere for service that I was not treated as incompetent by staff. The thorough video by the technician was also very pleasant. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and specifically Gilbert to anyone looking to service their vehicle.

I never write reviews, but did want to give this place the credit they deserve. I worked with Rock Hill Nissan to help my daughter buy her first car. I negotiate pretty hard and also am pretty strict about privacy and credit inquiries so have some tighter rules I operate by. This place was very respectful of that which I appreciate. We also had to redo some paperwork that was our fault and they worked with us being very courteous and patient throughout the process. Every person we talked to starting from sales, finance, back-end administration and through management was a class act. I’d buy another car from this place in a heartbeat.
