Any vehicle I ever bought was prepped, and had tire shine on. Im pretty sure the truck was not cleaned before delivery. We found old rubber floor mats someone through in the bed. But its all good. Love my truck, I'd come back for sure. Neida was great sales person, but the people responsible for prepping her vehicles need a talking to. Neida was great.

Grant in sales was very good to work with. He is relatively new, but very friendly, helpful and easy to work with on the purchase of my new 2500. Spent time working thru options and timings for additional items like rustproofing and then worked out the details of a loaner while the additional work was being done to my new truck. I actually enjoyed the experience of working with Grant and the Henkel team.
