What Others Say

Dishonest "Guaranteed Approvals"—Cost me hundreds in insurance and a 7-hour trip. I am writing this to warn anyone considering this dealership. I had a truly horrible experience here yesterday involving Alexis Garcia (Sales), Brian Mcaleavey (Finance), and Sharice Mcdonald (Sales Manager). I was told by this team that I was completely approved and that all I needed to do was show up, sign, and drive. Based on this "guarantee," I paid a friend to drive me 3.5 hours to the dealership. I was even instructed that I HAD to purchase a whole new insurance policy for the vehicle before arriving and was given the VIN to do so. Despite having sent all my documents online in advance, the moment I arrived, the story changed. Brian Mcaleavey began asking for the same documents I had already submitted, only to eventually tell me they couldn't sell me the car because of my check stubs—the very same stubs they had reviewed before telling me to make the trip. As a single father, the money I spent out of pocket for a new insurance policy, gas, and paying a driver was a huge hit to my budget and has only added to the hardships I am currently facing. When I spoke with the Sales Manager, Sharice Mcdonald, about being misled and asked for the dealership to at least cover the gas money for the 7-hour round trip they forced me into, I was told "there is nothing they can do." Alexis, Brian, and Sharice were perfectly fine with lying to get me in the door, but showed zero accountability or empathy once I was there. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not believe a word they tell you over the phone
