Paid for my car in full. No financing. Obviously no one at this location knows how to do the sell of a vehicle correctly. They didn't hesitate to take my check to the bank. But didn't have a good reason why, after 2&1/2 mos, I still do not have my tag or my title. All I've gotten is excuses. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn't contact me about it,,,,I had to contact them. I definitely do NOT recommend hertz to anyone.
