What Others Say

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from iDrive Utah and had a wonderful experience. The sales team were professional, transparent and not pushy. My salesperson David took time to understand what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Paperwork was handled quickly by Justin. The vehicle was detailed and they offered a free fill up. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and communication was excellent throughout the process. I will be recommending iDrive Utah to friends and family.

My experience with iDrive Utah has been frustrating from start to finish. The first issue came during the purchase. The truck was advertised at one price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the price increased because I was charged separately for the aftermarket upgrades that were already installed on the truck and clearly shown in the listing photos, including items like the wheels, tires, and flatbed. In my opinion, if a vehicle is advertised and photographed with those items installed, the advertised price should reflect the vehicle as shown—not require buyers to pay thousands more at signing. It got even worse after the sale. I later discovered I had been charged approximately $6,000 for a maintenance program that I never requested or agreed to purchase. After a lengthy process and a lot of back-and-forth, they eventually refunded the money. Unfortunately, I’m still dealing with problems. Since May, I have been trying to get my 2017 Dodge titled and registered. The DMV has repeatedly told me they still have not received the correct paperwork from iDrive Utah. Because of this, I’ve made multiple wasted trips to the DMV and even had to purchase a second temporary tag just to keep the truck legal. I recently reached out to the dealership again, simply asking when they actually sent the paperwork so I could avoid another wasted trip. Instead of getting a straightforward answer, I received excuses, and then they stopped responding altogether. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. In my experience, iDrive Utah has shown very little communication, accountability, or urgency in resolving issues after the sale. If someone from ownership or corporate sees this review, I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the correct paperwork submitted so I can finally register the truck without wasting more time and money. Buyer beware: Read every line of the paperwork, verify exactly what is included in the advertised price, question every additional charge, and don’t assume the paperwork will be handled promptly after the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with iDrive Utah.

Very nice and made the process of trading in a truck super fast and easy

The team at IDrive Utah was easy to work with and the truck was delivered on time, and met my expectations. It was bought site unseen, but the pictures were an accurate depiction of the truck’s condition and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

The iDrive team went above and beyond to get me in my dream truck and remedy any and all issues even after I had purchased it. Highly recommend on all levels of customer satisfaction!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP Wanted to buy a truck listed at 38999 and they said the lowest the could get it out the door was for 45000. That's 6000. How does that add up. These guys will do nothing but take your money and put it in there pocket.
