The lady at the service counter is always nice and helpful, so is Josh. However the service tech said that I needed a new battery and I had it tested elsewhere and was shown the results and I was mislead. The one reason I continue bringing my cars or truckers to you is I felt I was on a level playing field. Also my tire pressure light is still on. I guess that was not included as I asked to have all of the fluids and so forth checked. I have bought several vehicles there and have had most of my service done there also. There is more but I will stop there.

Had an amazing experience at Jacky Jones CDJR. London was our manager. We came from Florida to buy a truck with specific features this one had. Everyone was very professional and respectful with no pressure to buy any unnecessary add‑ons or packages (unlike many other places)
