I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Paramus. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. My salesman, Henri, was outstanding. I explained my situation to him, and he truly listened. He didn’t pressure me, didn’t play games — he went to work and made it happen. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I live closer to another Benz dealer, but after some googling, I decided to give Paramus a try at their service. I am patting myself on the back now for making such a good decision. David L Ingersoll came out to greet me and introduced himself as my advisor. He took note of the car problem; gave me a clear plan, albeit one with some moving parts (pun unintended); and delivered the final result 2 days later (as they happen to have in stock the key part (<- singular)). On my drop-off day, Mr. Gonzalez the GM of the dealership happened to walk by, and greeted me personally with such full attention and professionalism that only later did I realize that he was the top guy of the house. I met the service manager Ben when I picked up the car, equally helpful, professional and courteous. They listen to their customer and focus on solving the problem before anything else. I don't think one could ask anything more from a dealer. Ten stars if I could. Would recommend? absolutely yes -Henry Mi.......g

Hassan was super helpful in getting us financing on a car recently, where he went out of his way to make sure the deal would go through by talking to a few banks.
