Chris was excellent at car knowledge, organization and customer service. I immediately trusted him after our conversations, before and after I test drove the car that I ultimately purchased. He explained his business reasoning well and he never "overly sold" me, which I really appreciated. The dealership definitely showed strong community history and good relationships as it is part of the neighborhood in Alhambra. These "contactless" questions do not apply, as it was important to me to do all of this transaction "face to face" or really "mask to mask." He did arrange pick-up at my home to the dealership the next day so I could pick up my purchase. It really was very seamless. Only small issue is that I still need to receive the remote. I did receive chip key.

We tested the car, JNB allowed us to make two payments. JNB will take care of DMV processes and mail these to us. We took the car home. The service was excellent.
