Couldn’t have asked for an easier, more smooth purchase of a new vehicle than what I got at Ken Ganley Kia of Alliance! JJ was amazing and worked extremely hard to do everything he could for me to get my vehicle traded in and into a new Telluride! We had been looking for a car for my son for 2 months. JJ was the first salesperson to follow up with me with additional cars as they got used ones in. Since our budget was less than $15k the other dealerships didn’t want to take their time with us. Was very easy working with them.
This was a wonderful experience for my daughter and me. It was her first vehicle, there was a small issue and they fixed it promptly at N/C. Josh was so helpful during this process and even called with updates.
Everyone was very helpful. No pressure felt. Caleb was great. Josh the manager was very nice.
