Our experience with JJ was seamless! We had a very good idea of what we wanted, and what we did not. JJ worked with us to narrow down our options, discussing what was available on site, as well as what he could find. He expertly described the entire process to us so we knew exactly what to expect. We would definitely deal with JJ again, and HIGHLY recommend him, and the dealership overall! Despite being VERY busy, closing was also quick and easy!

I should of got a quote before having brakes and rotors put on , didn't know they charged 200 hr for labor , my bill was almost 600 bucks for oil change, and front brakes and rotors , charged me 250 for labor , and had car for 1 hr and 15 min. They told me they washed it , but they clearly didn't.

Easy to access from highway. Ample parking close to entry ways. Clean, warm, well lighted and friendly staff. Refreshments were available and offered. Restrooms well identified and clean.
