We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with the clear understanding that certain repairs would be completed as part of the sale. Those repairs were promised before we signed and paid. Now that the vehicle is in our possession, the dealership has stopped responding to our calls and messages entirely. No follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you are considering buying here, be cautious about any promises made verbally. Once the sale was complete, customer service completely disappeared.
My salesmen Greg Sconzo was wonderful and totally responsible for making this sale of my Q5 a memorable experience. I would recommend him to everyone interested in buying a car. 1out of 10 rating he gets a 15. Thank you Greg I absolutely love my 2022 certified preowned Audi Q5.!
Just picked up my 8th Audi from Audi of Princeton. Frankly, I can't imagine working with another Audi dealership. Dave Rojas (the salesperson), Larry Colleton (the sales manager) and the rest of the organization have figured out how to do it right - treat the customer with respect, demonstrate pricing transparency, and show a genuine interest in the customer's needs and desires. While I may have saved a couple of bucks going somewhere else (although I doubt it as the deal they presented was very reasonable), the overall experience of working with Audi Princeton is what keeps me coming back. Loyalty to the customer needs to be appreciated and Audi Princeton has certainly shown their appreciation to me. I have referred others to them over the years. Now, to devote the next few days of my time to figuring out all of the "bells and whistles" of my new Q6 e-tron!
I have been a long time client of Princeton Audi and will never come back. My SQ5 was brought in for service after experiencing an auto stop/start malfunction reading on the main dash. Technicians indicated that the entire thermostat and water pump system needed replacement and proceeded to charge over $3500. After doing my own research I discovered the total cost of parts and labor (incl taxes) should not exceed $1800. When I brought this to their attention they proceeded to tell me 'too bad. you already agreed to the $3500'. When you do a cursory analysis of the amount they overcharged me on the parts alone it was roughly 2x vs the retail price of the part. 5x vs the wholesale price. This is a fraudulent price gouging operation and should be investigated by the authorities.
Thanks Greg Buying a car has never been less stressful. We appreciate your "everybody wins" sales ethic and wish you the best in the future. David and Linda de Wit
I want to thank Princeton VW Service for its diagnostic video, which showed how easy 2 DIY repairs would be. But Princeton VW Service made too many excuses wrt doing it themselves:: -- Day 01: Pr VW: we can't get the parts, [Wrong. Video and annotated price list said parts are available for 2 repairs, I asked them to go ahead -- Day 11: Pr VW: The parts seem to have been ordered, -- Day 11: Pr VW: (later) They were not ordered, -- Day 11: Pr VW: (even later) You have to prepay before we can order them. [I asked them to prepare a repair estimate and I'll approve it -- Day 13: Pr VW: We don't have anything for you. So I Fixed one problem myself, drove to Hamilton VW and ordered a part. Compare Hamilton VW Service: -- Day +2: Ham VW: your part is here.
