The service department has great staff at the desk, I can't say enough about there mechanic Troy very knowledgeable and professional.

When I dropped off the vehicle the morning of my scheduled service the staff seemed confused and unsure as to why I was there. They finally got it figured out and assured me they would call when it was done (simple oil change). Hours later, I finally called to check and see if something was wrong; nothing wrong they just forgot to call. Okay, cool you're human. I get there to pick my vehicle up and the cashier was extremely rude and asked "what do you need"? Told her I needed to pick up my vehicle and asked how much the visit would cost. She let out an annoyed sigh and told me the amount while scrolling on her cell phone. I paid and she handed me the receipt with the worksheet of the service. I asked if I could also get my keys and again, she acted extremely annoyed and rude grabbed my keys and shoved them over to me. Needless to say, I will definitely be finding somewhere else to get my oil changes.

This is my local dealership. I started my search for a new F-150 and I had to search no more. I discussed with Dylan (Sales) what I was looking for in a new truck but they did not have one. But he put a search out for one and located what I needed at another dealership. I bought it sight unseen. Great service, great sales staff, and I'm a very happy camper!

It's easy to get in for a quick oil change. I like that they have the vehicle pick up service so the work can be done on the vehicle while I am at work.
