Went for set of new tires and alignment. I went in to get help since had appointment. And they were busy. Caleb helped me, I read my book for 3 1/2 hours. Paid with check to avoid extra charge for card. So far so good. The wait was longer than expected due to a stubborn bolt I was told when it was ready.
I love coming in to have service! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable and really take the time to ensure that you understand everything being done! The new video system with the service technician is by far the best implementation the dealership has done. I really loved seeing my car from that perspective and hearing what the technician had to say.
With sale pre-arranged still took awhile to see the car and begin finalizing the deal. Open issue is the car is missing its' mechanical key. Sales folks aware but never found resolution or elevated to management. Extremely concerned I will have to solve the issue of the missing mechanical key myself.

The service was professional and my service advisor was very knowledgeable and explained the service to me thoroughly.
Caleb quickly checked us in and began the service that was ordered. He kept us informed of the progress both in person and via video, which is a nice touch. Celeb and the service department got us out on time with Zero stress. Rating of service is 100%, well done and thanks!
