I had to drive 224 miles to buy the Honda Ridgeline truck at the right price with the right features and the low milage to Albany Honda, but it was worthwhile, the sales experience was great. After texting with the salesman Richard and being very specific about what I wanted and expected he told me to come over. I took off from work and drove over an hour to get to the dealership for the salesman to avoid my questions. I asked him before I took a test drive he still lead me to believe he had the deal made I needed After I sat and waited we went into the finance manager office for him to go over the payments that is when I found out the salesman had lied to me the whole time. When confronted he was not nice to me and lied again. The dealership did not make the deal I wanted so they lost my business. Drove less than a mile a bought a 2019 Jeep thank you Honda!! For your bad service!
