I came to the puente hills location after having a horrible experience at the cerritos one. My uncle had gotten a Rav 4 from Charles Sun at the puente hills location back in December and recommended i go see him. I’m so glad I did! He was very kind and patient. He went over everything with me and gave me different options. I walked away a happy girl with my new car. He explained what I was signing and was never pushy about me getting extra stuff. The whole experience from start to finish was a comfortable one.
