Went in with some of my younger siblings. Was looking to get a car for sister who is not able to drive yet, we wanted her to learn in her own. So I was there to test drive it for her. Upon looking around we were met with Trina Sauriol. Awful! She told us that we needed to have the legal parent/gardian of my sister there with us in order to test drive the vehicles, mind you I was the one who was going to drive! My sister really has nothing to do with it. Trina was outright rude and judgemental. I am still at a loss as to why we were told we needed a parent or guardian there. I am of legal age to drive and have passengers in the car. I believe she saw us as young and dumb. Well, now she looks dumb because we are never going back. We visited other car lots with zero problems. We will let everyone know not to get their first, second, third, or any vehicle from Mighty, as long as Trina is there. It's really sad because when businesses mistreat young people they remember that when they get older and have more money to spend they will do so elsewhere! I can guarantee if an older customer came in they would have no problems. Disgusting customer service!
