BUYERS BEWARE!!! I Purchased a vehicle from Tom the sales manager. Im in Virginia. When the truck arrived I noticed the engine light came on so I took it to my dealer they told me it needed almost 11k in repairs. I took out the best warranty the offered. the warranty company would not cover the repairs because they said it was pre existing. I called Tom and he kept putting it off by telling me he would look into it. So I picked my truck up from the dealership then the brakes were grinding like crazy so I took it to another garage that cost me $2100 to fix. I called Tom back to tell him just to find out he was no longer there. I then spoke to Bill who refuses to call me back. I even told them I was going to ship the truck back to them. They said that would be considered a voluntary repo which would hurt my credit. Bill said if I wanted to take a loss on the truck I could trade it in. This was my first time buying a truck online and it will be my last.

This dealer put my ID information and my birthday on retail purchases agreement. Sold my daughter law an Audi 2018, for 25,72 she never pass vehicle inspection since 2/1/23, The financial manager completed this paperwork and she didn’t need a cosigner I didn’t give them permission to use my information so you know what’s next. On top of the fact the manager stated that she knew that it couldn’t pass a vehicle test , who in there right mind would buy a car they can’t get tags for .In Ohio Federal lemon is named the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act and she brought the warranty from the federal credit union so all you guys this dealership xxxxed it look into.

This dealer sold my husband and I a car with a dead engine! When we turned to them for help, they took money for their services and did not help!!! Now I have to pay at least $10,000 to replace the car engine. When I wrote a review about them they said I was a liar and that I had never bought a car from them! Unfortunately, such unfair and dishonest people surround us!
