Unfortunately, shortly after I purchased a used vehicle, the transmission started giving me issues and through working with the general manager the service manager, we were able to come to a solution that benefited all parties. Was very happy with my experience here, there was a slight scratch in the cargo area of a brand new vehicle and they replaced it with zero hesitation. No one was pushy, I didn’t feel pressured or contacted multiple times by anyone which I prefer… I don’t like going to a dealership and getting called multiple times in a week about the vehicle, I prefer space and time and they gave me just that.
