My service advisor was great and answered all my questions. I only gave the dealership 4 stars because I signed up for the shuttle in advance and it was not available. I realize and understand it is first-come, first-served. However, I signed up for shuttle service. They should keep track and/or have a schedule every 30 minutes or have a limited distance. I was stuck there and had to quickly find a ride to make it back to work/home office as I planned because the shuttle wouldn’t return for at least one hour. What was the benefit of signing up in advance? :(

Kelli provided excellent service for our 2025 Honda CR-V. We dropped off our vehicle on Thursday and received a call early Friday that our vehicle was ready. We picked it up on the following Tuesday.
Everyone was great and super helpful. Clayton and all the guys made sure I was taken care and got me out the door in my new car.
