Deandre was friendly and so helpful. Got the job done in time I was told.
Met with Jimmy Harris and told him my needs. He prepared a quote, which was satisfactory. Service performed the work in a timely manor. Algorithms was professionally done. Very satisfied with the service experience.
Salesman Mark Miller was very cool, not pushy, easy transaction. They helped cover the cost of a bad battery after purchase. Very helpful.
The Advisor did a great job, he was corteous and attend my concern regarding the lights under the mirrors were not working, the ammount of time for service was ok, they wash the car, that did not happen since my 1st service with honda. And this is like the 6th, my only complain is, the person that rótate mi tires inflate my tires to 52 PSI, i noticed the car driving extremely hard and when i stop at the gas station to load gas i noticed my tires were over inflated, the door sticker says 35, and the driving is smooth at that pressure, beside that they lost my valve caps, other than that was a good service
The process was seamless and he explained everything to me I also received a list of services that were needed that I didn't have completed on this visit
