I’m surprised this dealership is eligible to advertise on Cars.com! I purchased a 2011 BMW x5 drive 50i. Upon leaving the dealership the vehicle omitted smoke from the exhaust pipe. We were on our way home to Nashville TN and within 30 minutes the check engine light came on. It is April 16, 2023 and the SUV has never made it home! It has been to Pepboys, BMW dealership for expensive diagnostics and now is in a privately owned repair shop! We have had to rent a car for almost a month and the vehicle is still not able to operate! When we noticed the check engine light, upon calling the dealership the salesman, Riccos’s comment was, “ the sale is as is”! We shall see about that!
Do not trust this dealership, purchased a vehicle (cash purchase) 15 months ago and still can’t get a title after several months they gave me a non valid title then several months later claimed it was in the mail. Completely dishonest!
