My brother and I purchased a car here for $3,100 & left satisfied. Three weeks later the engine locked up and the warranty included in the purchase did not cover diagnostics to determine why, which would have cost $665 out of pocket. The warranty covered up to $1,000 in repairs but was no use to us, although we paid for it. Because our mechanic had no history of the vehicle, the initial diagnostics could have led to a need for another depending on what was found, costing us more money you be paid out of pocket. The dealer was willing to find us a discounted engine and finance 50% of the engine upfront if needed but not willing to refund any amount of the $3,100. My brother and I took a total loss on the vehicle after 3 weeks of purchasing the car and are back in the market for another car.

I purchased a SUV here in July 2017. The SUV I went to look at had been sold, but there were 3 others, one of which was exactly what I was looking for. In my opinion it was a better deal than I had been seeing at other dealers all over the Northern VA area and a few in MD and also appeared to be in better shape than others. David and his mechanic were both very pleasant and helpful and took care of a few minor issues such as a broken side mirror. I hate dealing with car dealerships but this was actually a very different experience.
