My experience at Paul Miller started off great, largely thanks to Brenna. She was an outstanding salesperson—always willing and happy to help, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and truly represented the dealership well. The finance team was also helpful and efficient, making the overall sales experience seamless. Unfortunately, the parts and service department has been a different experience. While they are currently helping me with my vehicle, the overall attitude of the department has been lackluster. Phones aren't answered professionally, employees appear disengaged, and there's a general lack of eagerness to assist. The combination of these things makes it an anxious experience each time I go in. Compared to service departments at other dealerships, they've missed the mark. The lack of commitment to a common goal is apparent when observing the department, and I think with some improvement in culture and accountability, they could provide a much better experience. Hopefully they get there. Brenna and the sales team earned five stars from me. The service department brings the overall rating down.
