We were very interested in a Ram Promaster they had in stock, and had gotten pre approved for financing through them. The dealer knew we were coming from Montana (8h away). When we arrived the vehicle was not on the lot. We were given lies that they could no longer finance the vehicle for us (even though they already said they could) and tried to bait and switch me to passenger vans and even a diesel truck. We were offered no apologies for the fact we had to drive 8 hours for a vehicle we could no longer purchase. And even though $100+ was spent in gas to go there and back, I was only given a $50 check after having DEMANDED some sort of settlement. The next day I get an email from CarGurus that the Van was sold. They never told me the vehicle was sold while I was on my way, and they didn’t even bother to hold it for less than 24 hours. (The main issue being they never told us it was sold). They lied through their teeth to me, and wasted a huge amount of my time and gas. BUYER BEWARE
