What Others Say

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 (25000mi) with a branded title, I asked and was told that the only damage the car had suffered was the front bumper, headlights, grille, and rear bumper. Upon delivery, it was obvious the entire right side had been replaced and the entire car repainted, during the repair the headliner was removed, horribly creased, and put back that way. I was also told taxes would be combined in the financing and were not, I ended up paying clean title price for a salvaged car.

I'll start off by saying that my partner and I live in AZ and have bought 5 cars out of state prior to dealing with Prestman Auto. Back in late March, we decided to go ahead and purchase a Mini Cooper they had for sale. We started dealing with Trevor, on a Monday, who wasn't the most friendly to talk to over the phone. After a few days, he finally had all the info he needed to send to Mountain America Credit Union to apply for the loan. On Friday, after constant emailing to try and get a status update about any part of our sale, he emails me back and says they decided to sell the Mini to another customer that had just walked in. Unlike us, that customer tacked on a $4000 warranty to the price of the car so like any profit-mongering company, they took that deal over ours. So we were a little upset at hearing this and emailed Trevor back to see if our credit had been ran and if we had been approved for a loan. He didn't respond to my email. I had to call him and pin him down. He said they had sent our info to the credit union but that is as far as they got. Yesterday, we get a call from the credit union asking if we are going to utilize this loan we were approved for. Mind you, we had already purchased and received another Mini from a dealer in MI. So now we hear this?! Having lived in Utah for only 7 years, we heard a lot of bad things from various people about PrestmanAuto. We had only dealt with AutoSource Motors previously, who we loved and has excellent customer service, so we thought to give Prestman a try. Bad idea. AutoSource Motors is a way better choice with a lot more selection. myautosource.com
