We drop from Panama City for a service appointment that was much cheaper than our local dealership. The service department was friendly. Mark Bell was great from the start. He introduced himself and wasn't push us towards anything. He let us browse the lot and we wanted and let us test drive several vehicles until we found the one that fit our needs. My only complaint with the dealership was the lady who did the gap contracts. She rushed through all the options too fast and was signing us up for stuff before I was done asking questions. If we weren't so far into the process I might have walked away at that point.
We highly recommend Mark at the Chevrolet dealership. He was truly the easiest person to work with, even took it a step further to go out of his way to get the best finance opportunity for us, listened to what my husband said he was looking for and his price range and stuck just to that, and he was so patient. We came in with our 2 children and not only did he speak to us he spoke with our kids during paperwork signing he made them feel included in the process. We left with a new truck and Mark even gave each of our keys their own keychain. If you are in the market for a vehicle and want someone who actually listens to you and goes out of their way to get you the best possible deal then Mark is just who you are looking for. We will always recommend him and come see him next time we are looking for a vehicle!
Company did good, but I paid for one service but that were not the problem to find out that the rear evaporator core had went out which were under warranty, but have not received the money back from the first service yet. That I was told would be refuned back. Not call back from warranty company either. ( Mr. Ray I were told that is handling that case.
