Shopped online for a specific car (2011 Chevy HHR Panel) and found one at Randy Bland, about 270 miles from me. I called and talked to Trey. We used FaceTime on our phones to walk around and look at the car. He was kind enough to hold it while I made arrangements to either have it transported or go get it. I drove a rental car to Joplin, MO where Trey met me with the car (about a 70 mile trip for him.) It was everything he said it would be. We signed some paperwork, I turned in the rental, and here I am back in St Louis with my new (to me) car! He provided me with two keys and two remote lock fobs. One of them didn't work. When I contacted him, he offered to pay for me having it programmed. He also brought it to me full of gas and with a 30 day drivetrain warranty. Since I'm nearly 300 miles away, I may not have the need or opportunity to buy there again, but would certainly recommend buying a car from these guys.
