Everything went smooth. Told Cale what I wanted and he worked to help get me where I felt comfortable. No high pressure stuff to deal with. James in the business office was straight forward and professional, covered the options that were offered and no pressure to do purchase anything I wasn't interested in.

The process was smooth and the staff was great. Only one issue with a vehicle software update that was present when I purchased the vehicle. I was told I would have to take it to another dealership to have it fixed, which was a little upsetting but overall everything was great.
