Just picked up a new 2026 Prius Prime from Heritage Toyota Owings Mills (Heritage/Mile One Auto Group) and couldn’t be happier. My salesperson William Butler was easy to work with, patient, and never pushy — he made the whole process painless. Sales manager John Holliday was great too, willing to work with me on pricing and straightforward the whole way through. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Toyota!
