He didn't hassle or pressure me, Will went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, compentant and confident during the whole process. I was able to tell him what I was looking for which included the year, make and .model. He found it and had it transferred next day. Despite the dealership double booking which caused him to be back and forth between me and another couple, Will did his best to make sure I didn't feel dismissed or neglected. I appreciated his efforts, I was there with a newborn. I left as a satisfied customer in the car I wanted.
